Daniel A. Teder
Daniel A. Teder is a founding member of the firm. Dan is one of the preeminent zoning and land use attorneys in Central Indiana. Dan provides experienced counsel to clients in real estate transactions, land use and development projects, estate planning matters, and corporate organization.
James R. Schrier
James R. Schrier is the managing member of the firm. Jim has extensive experience representing clients in business transactions, corporate organization, financing transactions, and real estate transactions and disputes.
Kevin J. Riley
Kevin J. Riley joined the firm in 2004. Kevin has a wide range of experience representing clients in real estate transactions including real property purchase and sale, leasing, resolution of title issues, and easements, land use and zoning matters, and business and asset purchases.
Ryan C. Munden
Ryan C. Munden joined the firm in 2010. Ryan's primary practice consists of business litigation as well as a wide variety of corporate, business and real estate matters, including asset sales, entity formation, stock and membership transfers, residential and commercial leasing, and real estate purchases and sales.
Prior to joining the firm, Mallory served as a law clerk for the Honorable Eugene J. McCaffrey, Jr., Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Division, where she assisted in civil litigation matters related to commercial transactions, complex construction issues, personal injury claims, contract disputes, and cases involving local municipal regulations.
Prior to joining the firm Kyle served seven years as a US Army Judge Advocate. Kyle held a variety of positions with the JAG Corps including tours as a military prosecutor and defense counsel. Most recently he served as the primary legal counsel for the 157th Infantry Brigade at Camp Atterbury, Indiana.
William Bonsignore has been of counsel with the firm since 1991. He focuses his practice on providing counsel to clients on matters of tax law, estate planning and probate, and business transactions. Bill is also experienced in providing business and corporate service to clients.
Nick A. Tillema
Nick has focused on real estate and administrative law since he graduated from Indiana University School of Law in 1986 but has been involved in real estate since 1972.
James E. McCabe
James E. McCabe received his A.B. degree from Wabash College, his J.D. degree from Valparaiso University School of Law and earned his LL.M. from the University of London, England.
