  • Attorney Amanda Redick served as local counsel to Southwire Company, LLC, one of the world’s largest wire and cable manufacturers, on its purchase of a 48,000 square-foot manufacturing facility in Bremen, Indiana.

  • The Purdue University Extension and University of Illinois Extension Bi-State Agriculture Programs are collaborating to offer a Land Leases and Land Values Workshop on November 19, 2014. Attorney Jim Schrier will be presenting on the legalities of land leases.  More specifically on negotiations, notifications, and documenting land lease arrangements.
