  • In November, Attorney Bob Reiling spoke before the Tippecanoe County Bar Association regarding the proposal to establish Commercial Courts in Indiana. Bob is a member of the working group that reviewed and submitted the proposal to the Indiana Supreme Court.

  • Attorney Bob Reiling has been appointed secretary of the Corporate Counsel section ISBA.  He also served on the Supreme Courts Commercial Court Committee (a group organized to make recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding establishing Commercial Courts).

  • On October 27th Associate Aaron Harshman joined the Zionsville Lions Club.  At the induction meeting, Aaron gave a short speech about his history in the area, his family and his excitement to work with one of the most established and active Lions Clubs in the State.  The Zionsville Lions Club has approximately 150 members and is main supporting entity for the Zionsville Lions Park as well as supporting the visually and hearing impaired around the state.

  • Attorney James Schrier attended the annual LawPact conference in Denver earlier this month.  In attendance were 45 members from 34 law firms from 11 different countries.  This organized panel of attorneys and law firms, established in 2001, was designed to achieve quality standards of client service, firm management, improve technology, marketing, and profitability among the industry.    

  • RTS is pleased to welcome of counsel attorney, Nick Tillema, to the firm.  Nick will assist our firm in real estate, administative law, and property tax issues in Indianapolis. 

  • RTS is pleased to welcome associate attorneys, Michael L. (Mac) McDaniel and Aaron J. Harshman, to the firm.  Both attorneys reside in Boone County and will assist the firm's legal needs in Lafayette, Zionsville and Indianapolis.
